In addition to the two Ski Håndball teams, 22 other teams from 3 different countries played in Gutter 16 (født 2003). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Ski IL Håndball 1 could be found in Group A together with Hammarby Handboll, Charlottenlund Sportsklubb and HK Eidsberg.

Ski IL Håndball 1 made it to Slutspill A after reaching 1:st place in Group A. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Nærbø IL, which they won with 14-12. Thereby Ski IL Håndball 1 won the entire Slutspill A in Gutter 16 (født 2003) during Håndballcupen Ski 2019.
